I love the color of this card! I printed the image onto a premium photo paper and cut out the pieces. I used thin foam spacers to accentuate the cutouts. I added the banner and some gems onfoe added effect.
Finally, I cut out a cardstock base and glued the card onto it for added support. Easy card to make and lots of fun! Very versatile.
