I printed onto 220gsm cardstock, cut out the first layer of decoupage and attached to the card, then I decoupaged the other layers using foam pads and tached each layer to the card.Then I cut out one of the tags and attached onto the card using tape.
This is a great fun xmas card for children and easy to cut out and make up.
