it's Christmas
A really cute penguin over the edge card or large topper. The cute penguin seems to indicate it's at the North Pole and shouting out it's Christmas!
Decoupage included for layering. Please look at my other designs!

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to red backing card, then onto white card with DST,added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted snow with Star Dust stickles and finished with gold peel-offs down side of card.
A lovely bright cheerful Christmas design.
