I printed onto Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. I traced around the main card front onto a white card. I then cut it to make same shape as card. I then attached the front with DST to the white card.

I used some sticky lace to the outer edge and top of card. I then layered the decoupage with foam pads. I went to my craft box and found some Bling to stick onto the 40 and the ribbons and in the middle of the lace edging.

I think this will make any 40 year old's Birthday.

The design is fun and easy to make
