Happy Birthday Cupcake No Hole Over the Edge CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the sprinkles on the cakes and to the hearts also.
