I printed sheet onto craft inkjet paper, glued main image to a white card blank. I made up decoupage using 3D glue gel, added googly eyes and glitter. Added shine to buttons.
I put the 'Happy Birthday' border on the inside of the card and 'Bear Hugs' on the back.
