Puppy Dogs Scalloped Edge Decoupage Card for Boys Age FourCompleted by Wynona O'neil

I printed my design out and cut out the required elements which were mounted using silicone. I added further colour to the number using gel pens.

I mounted the design onto a coloured base card, added glitter ribbon to the top and bottom edges of the card and added some cute little brads together with some glossy finish to complete my card.

Peel off greetings stickers were used for the greeting.
