The design was printed on quality card stock and the decoupage was done with foam pads. Quick-dry glue was used to assemble the card. There are lots of layers for the turtle so you can make this card’s depth to your liking. This design goes together very quickly.
A cute Christmas card that is sure to bring cheer to the recipient.
