I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads to decoupage. I adhered a gold tassel over the printed tassel and then used double sided tape to glue the card topper to a brushed gold piece of cardstock.
I then adhered it to a blank, white card. This is a quick to make and easy to cut card.
