Printed onto good quality photo paper, cut out and mounted onto a white base card, then cut around. All layers were built up using foam pads and I used one of the sentiments provided. I added pearls and googly eyes to finish. A great design with lovely bright colours.
Very easy to make and looks wonderful when complete - love it.
