Printed onto 190gsm matte photo paper, then cut out the card and all the elements.
I assembled the decoupage pieces using 2mm foam pads and attached to the card. I then made a coordinating blue insert, attaching it with a small strip of 3mm d/s tape.
This is a very cute, bright, colourful card that could be used for any occasion and would bring a smile to the face of the person who received it.
