I printed the design into 180gm glossy photo and cut out the elements. I glued the card front to purple blank cardstock and cut around the outline of the front design. I added glaze pen dots to the number 3 and also added some to the lettering and the cake.
I used some glitter glue & gem stars to finish. A bit fiddly but the completed card looks great.
