I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached to white card, then cut round design leaving a small white border.
Added backing paper to inside back , added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver stars to inside top corner and front bottom corner, and crystal stickles to pompom on hat and cake candle.
A really cute design.
