I used an A5 white card to create the 3rd Birthday Bear. Added 6mm assorted iridescent pearls on the party hat.

Glued 6mm red & blue stars on the hat and the stars. Attached 6mm navy blue and turquoise iridescent pearls on the number 3.

Added 4mm googly eyes on the bear

Cut around the edge to create an eye-catching card.
