I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I added the sentiments using foam pads...these Wine/Beer gift tags look perfect when placed on the bottles...a great novel design.
The sheet was printed on to photo paper. I cut out the wine tag, laminated it and cut out the centre circle. I scored the crease lines and finished by adding the sentiment.
