Wine/beer Bottle Gift Tag Piggin' Pink PigCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design I first printed it out onto white card, then after cutting out all the elements, I started with the main design base by scoring and folding where instructed to do, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads, I have taken a picture so that you can see what its like on a bottle of wine, and how effective this design is.
