I printed onto Crafty Bob's matte craft photo paper, cut out the two covers, scored and folded where indicated. I then stuck a pad of post it notes to the inside using DST. I also added a small piece of Velcro to keep the opening secure.

A quick and easy idea for a small gift or stocking filler. Perhaps a small gift for each quest at Christmas dinner or a small prize for your guests after a parlour game.
