I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded a square card. I attached some background paper from my craft box to the card with double sided tape.

I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape. I added some glitter to the cupcake and some ribbon from my craft box to compliment the design.
