Love Meter Novelty Card for Husband Wife
A novelty card for a husband, wife, anniversary, boyfriend, girlfriend or Valentine's.
Simply, cut and fold the main base image. Attach the arrow to the 2nd layer of the dial face with a brad. Use 3mm foam pads to layer this on your base image. Decoupage the hearts. Arrow can be rotated to point to the heart of your choice. Hearts read, Be Mine, Kiss Me!, Hot Stuff, Naughty! and Play Nice.
For best results print on photo paper and stick to card. Stick the moving arrow to thick card, or laminate, to improve robustness.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photographic paper and cut out all the parts. I attached a piece of hearts vellum to an A5 card blank and added the main image to this. I then mounted the wheel and arrow onto card.
I attached the wheel to the main image with foam pads and added the arrow fixed with a brad so that the arrow can turn.
I added the hearts and also added a banner and heart gems.
