A decorative border was punched out on glittery lilac pearl paper and added down the spine of a white 10 x 7 card and little clear gems were added to the centre of the flowers.

The main topper was mounted on to silver mirri and attached to the card, then the second layer was added using foam tape.

The decoupage layers of this beautiful sheet were then shaped and added using pinflair glue. To finish I fixed two glitter card flower, two leaves and a rose to the lower edge.
