I printed the file on smooth medium weight card and cut out the place cards and decoupage. I scored and cut round where shown and folded in half to make the place cards. I added touches of matching stickles glitter to the decoupage cupcakes and attached with foam pads.
Very pretty for birthday parties and other occasions.
