An Ode to Happiness (1)
This is another of my ODE to designs - this one is all about happiness and can be used for a variety of occassions - not just for Birthdays. There's an ODE on the card front and there's also an additional verse for the card inner. This one has lots of decoupage layers.
Great for those who are always happy and also those who may need a little pick -me-up.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I cut out the greeting in the centre of the circle, leaving an aperture, and put the greeting to one side.
I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card.
I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut away the white areas of the card including the aperture. I attached the greeting to the inside of the card so that it was visible through the aperture. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the butterflies and to the centre of the pink flowers to enhance this lovely design.
I printed onto glossy photo paper then added to a blank card and cut to shape,then added the decoupage with thin foam pads,super design with a lovely verse.
