With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, I then made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
What a funny card to make - cut out and made up design as required usin silicone glue and some of the supplied greetings - attached to a scalloped square card.
