Snowies Family Hugs Framed Picture

Here is another of my newet designs, The Picture Framed Card. This time of the Snowies family sending hugs & warm winter wishes.

For a different effect, why not add a piece of acetate to the front of the picture frame, then you can 'fill' with 'snow' or glitter to create a SHAKER card too. Thats 2 for the price of 1 :^)
