I printed this door hanger on to good quality card and cut out and rounded the corners with a punch.

I then laminated the door hanger and the top circle and re-cut.

I pieced the top circle and the door hanger and then using a brad I joined them together and then covered the back with the other circle.

Using foam pads I attached the layer of decoupage.
