I have designed a sheet/card that can be used on any birthday or anniversary between 0-99. It comes in 2 parts one card front and one step by step with a insert.
If you don't like step by step you can just use the card part.
Just spinn the circles to choose the number.
All instructions are on the sheet.

I printed this image onto heavyweight paper, cutting the various decoupage elements. These were added to "part 1" as well as the inner.
I used silicon glue to fix the elements and to finish the card I added some coloured glitter glue to some of the flowers and a peel off sentiment.
