I have designed a sheet/card that can be used on any birthday or anniversary between 0-99. It comes in 2 parts one card front and one step by step with a insert. If you don't like step by step you can just use the card part.
Just spinn the circles to choose the number. All instructions are on the sheet

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as per instructions. I assembled the numbered wheels as directed. I added a liner to the inside of the card to hide the workings as instructed.
A fun card to make and for any age too.
