Ive made this up a few times now - so is a very popular design. I printed out the sheet and cut out all the elements, mounting the decoupage items with foam tape.

However, on this one I did something different and applied dimensional magic to the With love on Your Birthday sentiment - so it looked like a on.

I then took a black textured cardstock and created the card base and adhered the base topper onto the front.

Adding a couple of silver peel-off corners to the RHS corners to fill in the space.

I then added a single silver Liquid Pearl dot to both ends of the the leaf scroll. Inside the card I adhered the insert to the RHS of the card leaving a 5mm gap down the edge, and on the wave edge followed suit with the Liquid Pearl dots - but applied them all the way down the edge quite close together.

Added to the middle of the insert a Happy Birthday silver peel-off with a couple of cluster dots either side of the sentiment and a couple of hot-pink flower peel-offs to brighten it up.

Oh, and nearly forget - handmade a matching envelope. Spectacular!
