This is a lovely and unique type of Note Paper / Letter Paper which I have designed with my Christmas Bell, Swirly Frame and Fancy Bow designs.
Just imagine how beautiful it will look to have the Christmas Wishes written on the Bell!
This design can also be easily used as a card front instead of a Note Paper, you can print an extra sheet to use it for decoupaging the bell!

I printed out two copies of this file, I stuck the base card on to card stock and cut the bell out from the second copy.
I put glitter on the ribbons and on the bell clapper and then stuck it on the card with sticky tabs.
