I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper. I clipped the items out and glued the main design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I Punched out Black stars and added to the card.
I managed to get this design after maybe 4 hours so sorry to whomever had it Before me! A Quick and easy Stunning, Brilliant, Cool and Great design that many will LOVE! It turned in to a Gorgeous card! Enjoy your crafting! xxx

I added the layers using sticky pads and completed the card with a Happy Birthday caption. Love this card.
Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 7 x 7 scallop edge card using d.s. tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. There is a matching insert which I placed inside to finish the card.

Cup number is 973065-1443 and designer is Gillian Hutchinson, I printed onto photo gloss paper and placed onto navy pattern paper, I built up all the elements using foam pads, I finished of using dies to write the sentiments, I used it as a retirement card for a man who loves cycling.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card. Layered all elements Added a sentiment. A fabulous design.
