Using a white 8 x 8 card and a Tonic punch, I punched the base with a decorative pattern. I then printed and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto the card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I chose "Congratulations" sentiment and added this to the bottom of the image. I then placed some large white pearls onto the punched out border and added the matching insert inside.
