I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and the insert onto 160gsm paper and cut these out.

I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card, off centre, using double sided tape.

I scored and folded the front of the card about half an inch from the edge to hold the border design.

I attached the insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape then I secured the border to the back of the card using strong double sided tape.

I added the panel and assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the border to the card using double sided tape. I added some glitter gems to this border to complete this beautiful card.
