I used a 6x6 card base and added a layer of mushroom card, i printed the chosen image, base and sentiments onto silk copy paper.
I glued the base to the card and then added the image on top.
I cut out the butterfly and flower elements and glued them on, then added a sentiment and some enamel dots.
