Quirky Wedding 3Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. I scored and folded the elements where indicated. DST was used to attach the topper and insert to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. DST was used to construct the envelope. This is a lovely design.
