Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the base layer onto an 8" square card blank using DST. I built up the decoupage using silicone gel and added a few celebration peel-offs in gold.

I made a gift tag from the small pic by mounting it onto a piece of matching card using DST and cutting a decorative edge.
