I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. I did this for each layer. This makes the skirt look like it is blowing in the breeze. I added the butterflies using thin foam tape on the body and silicone glue under the wings. This gives more definition. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
