Elegant Wedding Hat Topped Wobble Card Mini KitCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the wobble card as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the hat to the rocker using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the pearls around the ribbon and across the top of the hat to enhance this gorgeous design.
