Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out the decoupage and then attached using 1,2 & 3mm foam pads. I then matted onto pink paper and then gold pearlescent card. I then finished with pink pearls. A great card for loads of occasions.

I printed on to matte photo paper at a slightly reduced size. Mounted the topper on to a 7x7 card and layered. Added crystal hearts to the glasses and glitter. A sentiment can be added if required. A very pretty design for a celebration.
