Reduced the size considerably and printed on matte photo paper. Attached the insert and topper with double-sided tape.

I lightly sprayed the white scrolls with silver Glitter Dust, then cut them out and layered with silicone gel. Lots of decoupage pieces are included in the kit, so I built the corners, mainly with roses (and made sure to cover the man's face in the lower part of the picture. I wasn't too keen on that).

Finished with some Swarovski flatback crystal hearts.
