Anniversary#3 (Mum & Dad)

Once I downloaded the topper onto glossy photo paper, hand cut the decoupage and fixed with foam pads, then I mounted the topper onto a white 8 inch square card and finished by adding embellishments with tiny crystals to the flowers and scattered over the front of the card.

I then attached the matching insert paper
