I printed both sheets on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a white card and layered all elements. Added gems, glitter and a satin bow. Applied the insert to the inside of the card to finish. A gorgeous design to suit any celebration.

I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added second cut out sheet and decoupage with foam pads, added insert with dry glue stick and finished with pearls, gems and ribbon and bow.
A stunningly beautiful design.
