Victorian WeddingCompleted by Alyssuzi Creative Cards by Suzi Cooper

I printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto pale blue card blank using DST. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added pale blue gems then finished with a double pale blue organza bow topped with card candy.
