A great design x
I printed the image on matte photo paper and cut out the elements and mounted with foam pads
I added a strip of backing paper and mounted the topper and added my choice of sentiment to finish

Cup number is 895234-11517 and designer is maryclairecardsgifts, I printed onto photo gloss paper and placed onto black mat paper and then silver mirror card, I built up all the elements using foam pads.
I finished of using peel offs for the sentiment.
