Windowsill TeddyCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheets onto matt card and mounted the backing straight to the 8x8 base card with DST.

I matted both layers onto silver holographic mirror card and mounted the base layer onto the base card with DST.

I added the 2nd layer with foam tape and decoupaged the bear with foam pads. I embellished with a wooden greeting, decoupaged bow and flowers from other projects, a gem and stickles glitter glue for sparkle.
