There is a selection of four greetings banners: "Sorry To Hear You're Under The Weather", "I'll Help You Weather The Storm", "I'm Very Sorry For Your Loss", and a blank banner for you to add your own greeting if you desire.
This mini-kit gives you everything you need to make a striking decoupage card. The kit has 2 printable sheets which gives you large decoupage layers and a selection of greeting banners which make it appropriate for get well, sympathy and friendship themed occasions.

I printed out the sheet, as is, on photo glossy paper. The main topper image is large enough to cover the front of an 8 x 8 card. I mounted the main topper image onto a card blank and then added the decoupage and some red self adhesive pearls.
Good choice of greetings. Useful, quick card to make in a hurry (as you usually do with get well soon cards).
