I printed the sheets onto A5 size matte photo paper then added the main image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card, as shown, with the insert inside.

I added the layers using sticky pads then finished the card with black peel off borders and 2 of the captions as shown.

Other captions could be Someone Special, Special Friend, Thank You, Smile...It's Your Birthday or Father's Day. Just let me know,
