I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape to a large scallop card blank and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To finish off the card I affixed the "D'oh" tag to the card using foam squares.

This is such a fun card which is sure to be well received by the recipient.
