This kit contains five design sheets, including a matching insert and coordinating gift tag. I printed all of the sheets onto 220gsm white card stock and used an 8" x 8" white card base for my project.

To make my card, I carefully cut out all of the elements from the design sheets. I matted and layered the main background onto black card stock before attaching it to the card base to create a neat, framed finish.

Next, I assembled the 3D decoupage by building up each of the train and suitcase layers with foam pads. Adding each layer in sequence creates wonderful depth and gives the illusion that the train is emerging from the scene.

Once the decoupage was complete, I attached the finished topper to the card front. The kit also includes a matching insert and coordinating gift tag, which I cut out and finished with ribbon to complete the set.

This is a striking design with plenty of dimension and would make a wonderful card for anyone who loves trains, travel or vintage transport.
