I placed the front image from the kit on cream card (which I folded the front side in half) and the back image of card I place on inside of card centred with double sided tape.

I added decoupage with foam tape and added a sentiment to bottom right of card(the inside) with double sided tape and added two peel of corner stickers to opposite corners to complete
