Starlit Birthday Balloons

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto matt card and cut out the elements I wanted to use. I matted the base image onto teal mirror card and used DST to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged a layer with foam pads. I embellished with elements from the sheet and from other projects. I added a gem to the bow and used stickles glitter glue to add some sparkle.
